Returns & Refunds Policy
There are NO RETURNS for any of the products/services sold on the LETSGETMADE website. You may be able to exchange tangible products (shirts, accessories, etc.) if there is a problem with the size or manufacture.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product, missing product, manufacturing fault), please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we may be able to schedule an exchange. During an exchange, after we receive the product we will do an even exchange for the value of the purchased product (with the same product), but not including a refund of the original shipping. If products are not available after a purchase is processed, the purchase will be refunded. If products are returned to our warehouse due to undeliverable address with USPS, the purchase will be refunded after it arrives to our warehouse.
All products must be returned in their original manner with all enclosed documentation (invoice/receipt), otherwise it will not be possible to obtain an exchange.
You must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the product safely to prevent any damage.
How to Return a Product for an Exchange
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your exchange. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary.
It can take several days for us to receive your exchange depending on your shipping. Once we have received the products, we will inspect them and process the exchange within 3 – 5 business days.
