Current Shipping Date

The first shipping date of purchased items during the month of March 2020 will be on Tuesday, March 17. After that we will begin fulfilling new purchases every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of the same week. Making it approximately 3 business days after you order is received before it is shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this process.   

Returns & Refunds Policy

There are NO RETURNS for any of the products/services sold on the LETSGETMADE website. You may be able to exchange tangible products (shirts, accessories, etc.) if there is a problem with the size or manufacture. 

Exchange Policy

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product, missing product, manufacturing fault), please contact us via email (contact@letsgetmade.com) and we may be able to schedule an exchange. During an exchange, after we receive the product we will do an even exchange for the value of the purchased product (with the same product), but not including a refund of the original shipping. If products are not available after a purchase is processed, the purchase will be refunded. If products are returned to our warehouse due to undeliverable address with USPS, the purchase will be refunded after it arrives to our warehouse.

All products must be returned in their original manner with all enclosed documentation (invoice/receipt), otherwise it will not be possible to obtain an exchange.

You must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the product safely to prevent any damage.


How to Return a Product for an Exchange

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your exchange. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary.

It can take several days for us to receive your exchange depending on your shipping. Once we have received the products, we will inspect them and process the exchange within 3 – 5 business days.

As already stated our policy does not offer returns on apparel; however, we do offer refunds for delayed shipping exceeding 14 working days and exchanges for wrong size or defective items within the last 14 days of being shipped. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the same or a price-comparable item is not in stock, we cannot offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the favorable condition as when you received it.

Exchange Notification Process: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without previous notification and a verification email sent from our team. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@letsgetmade.com.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@letsgetmade.com and send your item to: T.B.A.

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: T.B.A. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
